Valentine’s Day is a holiday for everyone! It is during the winter when life is quiet. The colors are bright and cheerful, red, white and pink (or any other colors of the rainbow that you like). This workbook presents several ideas for ornaments, various shapes to trace and use, and stitch combinations to employ when stitching your piece. Since this is a stash busting project, each pattern will give you suggestions of threads and notions to use when you design your own piece. Finishing instructions to duplicate the pictured models will be available upon request.

Stitches: Straight, Diagonal, Heart Combination, Eyelet, Upright Cross, Multiple Cross, Running, Star, Rhodes Heart, Flower, Vertical, Horizontal and several Florentine patterns

Design: Each basic ornament is generally around 4″ x 6″ (10cm x 15cm)

Supplies:  The models used 18 count mono Zweigart canvas. One or two ornaments should fit on canvas cut 12″ x 10″ (30cm x 20cm).
