When logging in, please use the email address you’ve provided to us. There are times when usernames cause login errors.

All members who have provided an email address will be added to the list for access to My EAC/Mon ACB. However, access to your account isn’t available immediately after you purchase a membership.

The system is configured to lock users out after three unsuccessful login attempts. Even if you have your password and receive a message that your username/email or password doesn’t match what we have on file, please click “Lost Password.” It will let you reset your password and save yourself the aggravation!

We are confident that password emails are being sent to the email address we have on file. Sometimes it ends up in your spam or junk mail folder. If it’s not there, that means that your email provider is blocking it from getting through, OR we have an incorrect or out-of-date email address.

Add Us to Your Safe Senders Email List: We have learned that some members are not receiving emails with password reset links, information about the speakers series and/or eThreads. Sometimes, it’s an email from eac-acb.ca; in other cases, it’s from zoom.us. EAC/ACB has looked into the problem and is confident that the emails are being sent to all. If you are not receiving these emails, please add the eac-acb.ca and zoom.us domains to your safe sender list so you don’t miss out. Every email service provider is different, so check your provider’s website for instructions on using their safe sender tool.
