Are you having trouble logging in? If so, here are a few pointers:
Members must choose to register for My EAC/Mon ACB. It isn’t automatically created for members. Please request an account. You must enter your membership number as two capital letters, a space and then the six numerals. If you don’t know or have a membership number yet, you can leave that field blank.
Once you’ve submitted your request, it has to be approved and may take a few days. Once that happens, you’ll receive an email with instructions asking you to reset your password.
If you don’t see a message within a few days, make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. Since the email contains a link, some systems mark it as spam.
Password Reset Email Not Received
The password is always sent but sometimes it goes into your spam or junk mail folder. If it’s not there, that means that your email provider is blocking it from getting through. Please reach out for assistance on our contact page.
Ensure that you “whitelist” the eac-acb.ca domain and/or firstname.lastname@example.org (the “from” email address for system-generated emails). Also, if you find EAC/ACB emails in your junk or spam folders, please make sure to mark them as “safe.”
“Email Address Already in Use” Message
If you have received the message that your email address is in use, it means that you have set up an account for My EAC/Mon ACB. Do you remember your password? If not, you can request a password reset. The system automatically generates an email so if you don’t see it after a few minutes, make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder.
