About the Optional Binder Review
The binder review is an optional step once you’ve completed one of the EAC/ACB technique study courses.
With a binder review, the student will send their completed binder to the Education Director. The Education Director takes a general over-all look at the work in the course from beginning to end. Neatness, orderliness, inclusion of all course and any other information, extra work, if done, questions asked and answers and care in presenting an attractive binder is taken into account. Also looked at is skill development from beginning to end, use of colour, stitches, improvement in stitch execution, design, skill in diagramming and/or charting.
The Education Director will mail the binder with her/his notes back to the student with the Certificate of Completion and Correspondence Course Pin.
A binder review is compulsory to advance to the next level of a technique.
