The result is a design that feels fresh from the garden. This project is perfect for stitchers who want to grow their skills while creating something truly delightful.
Stitches: Long and short stitch, turkey work, needle-woven picot, buttonhole stitch, straight stitch, lazy daisy stitch, fly stitch, overcast stitch, couching, beading
Design: Approx.: 8cm x 11cm (3.25″ x 4.5″)
Time: Four lessons conducted every two or three weeks, April 13 – May 25, 2026; and extra assistance until June 25, 2026
Kit contents: Ivory silk main fabric, quilter’s muslin, cotton for detached elements, organza, thread card with stranded cottons, metallic thread, needle pack, bead pack, turkey work comb, wire, felt
Student Supplies: 2 × 15cm (6″) hoops, 10cm (4″) hoop, 20cm (8″) hoop, awl, fine tweezers, straight pins, embroidery scissors, mechanical pencil or Frixion pen, 30cm x 30cm (12″ x 12″) square of lightweight cotton fabric of any colour (will be discarded after completion)
