Description
A knot garden is a formal garden laid out in an intricate design, arranged to create an interlacing pattern separated by pathways. Each quadrant can be stitched separately or combined into a single piece. Several colourways and stitch variations are suggested.
Design Area: 7 x 7 inches (18 x 18cm) for a single corner; 14 x 14 inches (36 x 36cm) for all four corners
Fabric and Threads: 18-count mono canvas: cut 10 x 10 inches (25 x 25cm) for a single corner; 16 x 16 inches (40 x 40cm) for all four corners, pearl cotton #5 and #8, Caron Watercolors
Supplies: Stretcher bars to fit, tacks or staples, needles, scissors, etc.
