As the world is still experiencing a global pandemic, the Board has decided to call a special meeting to deal with outstanding Annual General Meeting items.  As we are mandated to call an annual meeting on a yearly basis, the Board has decided to do a virtual meeting due to extraordinary circumstances even though our bylaws do not recognize this type of meeting format.  We must do our utmost to follow government regulations and this is calling an annual meeting.  As government and provincial regulations prevent the membership from meeting in person we are therefore calling a special meeting of the members using GoToMeeting on Friday, April 30, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time.
