2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The meeting will begin at:
1:30 pm Newfoundland Time
1 pm Atlantic Time
noon Eastern Time
11 am Central Time
10 am Mountain Time
9 am Pacific Time
A meeting notice will be sent to all members in January. It will contain links to the meeting materials and to register directly in Zoom.
The meeting will cover the 2024-25 fiscal year. That year began on September 1, 2024 and ended on August 31, 2025.
