Travel

By air: Vancouver International Airport is about a 10-minute ride from the hotel. The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport offers complimentary shuttle services for registered guests.

By road: The City of Richmond is on an island in the Fraser River delta, due south of Vancouver.

The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport is located at 7311 Westminster Highway and is easily accessible from Highway 99 and Highway 91. Parking is included with your accommodation at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport.

Richmond Travel Options

A bus stop located in front of the hotel provides direct service to Steveston Village.

There are two Canada Line Skytrain stations, a 1 km or 15-minute walk from the hotel, and either can take you to downtown Vancouver.

Taxis and rental cars are easily booked.

Accommodations

All seminar events and classes are at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport.

The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport is in central Richmond, within walking distance of two shopping malls, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, Minoru Park, the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver, and attractions. From the hotel, it’s a short bus ride to Steveston Village, which has shopping and a heritage site.

Several room options are available. All options include complimentary shuttle service to the airport, free parking, maid service, free WiFi and 24-hour security. Further information about making your reservations will be sent with your confirmation package in February 2026.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the Free Bird Table and Bar in the hotel. A list of restaurants within walking distance will be available at Seminar Central.

For those wishing to pick up groceries, T&T Supermarket (0.6 km, a 9-minute walk) and PriceSmart Foods (1 km, a 16-minute walk) are near the hotel. A cold beer and wine store is located in the hotel complex.

Weather

In May, the weather in Richmond can be rainy to cloudy to sunny—sometimes all within an hour. Temperatures range from lows of 9˚C to highs of 26˚C. Bring a jacket or sweater for those cool days and evenings and an umbrella for rain showers.
