There have been changes to the Seminar Group Project Award entry process. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with them.

Seminar Group Project Procedures

  • The title of the Seminar Group Project entry shall not make reference to the Chapter name or identify the group’s affiliation. The participants must use the title on their Members’ Exhibition Entry Form.
  • The group shall designate one person to act as the coordinator of the Seminar Group Project entry who will liaise with the seminar committee/exhibition chair.
  • The Intent to Submit Form must be submitted by the deadline posted in the seminar brochure and on the seminar website.
  • The Seminar Group Project Display Form must be completed and submitted by the entry deadline as posted in the seminar brochure and on the seminar website.
  • Each embroidered piece in the Seminar Group Entry must have a Members’ Exhibition Entry Form submitted by the entry deadline as posted in the seminar brochure and on the seminar website. Entries cannot be displayed without a completed entry form.
    • If eight people each embroider one piece and group those eight pieces as one entry, each person must complete an entry form.
    • One entry form must be completed if eight people embroider on the same piece and enter that one piece.
