Travel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By air: Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is about a 10-minute ride from the hotel. The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport offers complimentary shuttle services for registered guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By road: The City of Richmond is on an island in the Fraser River delta, due south of Vancouver. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport is located at 7311 Westminster Highway and is easily accessible from Highway 99 and Highway 91. Parking is included with your accommodation at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richmond Travel Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A bus stop located in front of the hotel provides direct service to Steveston Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two Canada Line Skytrain stations, a 1 km or 15-minute walk from the hotel, and either can take you to downtown Vancouver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxis and rental cars are easily booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seminar attendees flying into YVR can transfer to the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport<\/strong> on the complimentary shuttle service. The courtesy shuttle pick-up and drop-off areas are located outside the Departures Level 3 International Terminal, near the US Departures check-in area, and outside the Departures Level 3 Domestic Terminal. There are multiple \u201cstands\u201d; locate the one used by the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport is located in central Richmond, within walking distance of two shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, Minoru Park, the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver, and various attractions. From the hotel, it\u2019s a short bus ride to Steveston Village, which has shopping and a heritage site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several room options are available. All options include complimentary shuttle service to the airport, free parking, maid service, free WiFi and 24-hour security. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For reservations, you can book online through the <\/span>EAC\/ACB Seminar 2026 booking link<\/a>. You may call our hotel locally at 604-278-5555 or toll-free at 1-800-663-2878 and quote the group name \u201cEmbroiderers\u2019 Association of Canada<\/strong>\u201d or group code \u201c103186<\/strong>.\u201d The group rates will apply to reservations made before the cut-off date of April 2, 2026<\/strong>. After that, any unsold rooms will be returned to the hotel. Reservations will be subject to availability and current room rates.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Meals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at the Free Bird Table and Bar located within the hotel. A list of restaurants within walking distance will be available at Seminar Central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those wishing to pick up groceries, T&T Supermarket (0.6 km, a 9-minute walk) and PriceSmart Foods (1 km, a 16-minute walk) are near the hotel. A cold beer and wine store is located in the hotel complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weather<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In May, the weather in Richmond can be rainy to cloudy to sunny\u2014sometimes all within an hour. Temperatures range from lows of 9\u02daC to highs of 26\u02daC. Bring a jacket or sweater for those cool days and evenings, and an umbrella for rain showers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
